C & O Construction started back in 2018 as a part-time, single owner/operator hustle—just one hard hat, one pickup, and an unhealthy love of precision tape measures. Fast-forward a few years of early-morning coffee runs and stubbornly perfect trim work, and we've grown into a bigger, more established crew that wins clients' confidence project after project, build after build. We still keep that hands-on, get-it-right spirit alive—now with more tools, more skilled teammates, and the same quirky commitment to turning blueprints into something people actually want to show off.
